Northeast corner of TA-3, LANL. I went hiking to LANL during my first weekend in Los Alamos in the blazing sun before I had started working. The brown sign clearly marks this time as summer 1999 since they were undergoing rebadging of the employees for security matters (probably due to some Panda Express-related issues). June 27, 1999.
